What are the main features of your online classes?

Our classes were developed to aid you in your journey towards your certification or renewing an existing certification. They are narrated by a certified Operator that has been in the industry for over 40 years.

What software do I need to access the online courses? What do I need?

No additional software is needed, all you need is a browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Apple Safari, Firefox,) and a connection to the internet and you should be able to access the course on any desktop or mobile device.

How long are these courses?

The courses length is dependent on the number of topics related to that specific class module. Most classes are between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Your progress will be saved if you need to leave the session prior to completing the course.

Am I enrolled after filling out the Student Information Form?

No, you are not automatically enrolled into the courses after filling out the form. This form allows us to understand about your needs and interest. 

What if I need to leave the class before it is finished?

Your progress will be saved if you need to leave the session prior to completing the course.  When you’re able to return to the course, you will enter at the same spot you were during the last session.

Are on-site or interactive training sessions available?

Yes, we offer onsite and web based interactive training sessions. Please reach out to us in the Contact Us page on the website to discuss pricing options.

How do I access the training series related to my enrollment?

Select the Courses tab at the top right of the website page from there you can navigate to the specific series related to your enrollment.

How do I enroll for a training series?

Select the Interested? tab at the top right of the website page. The link will open a Google Student Enrollment Form where you will provide your individual information and select training series.

Can I enroll in multiple training series?

Yes, select the Interested? tab at the top right of the website page. The link will open a Google Student Enrollment Form where you will provide your individual information and select the various training series.  The invoice will reflect the additional series as selected.

How can I tell if the training has been approved for my State?

Select the Course Approval tab at the top right of the website page from there you can view the map or navigate to the specific State in question.

I am having issues accessing the courses, what do I do?

Please clear the cookies and cache from the website, in the method as required by the browser you use.

What happens if I need to exit the course and return later?

Your progress will be saved if you need to leave the session prior to completing the course.  When you’re able to return to the course, you will enter at the same spot you were during the last session. 

How do I login?

After you select one of the digital classes, you will be prompted to login with the Adobe ID and password that you created during the enrollment process. This will allow you to access the classes and save your progress.

When do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued following completion of each class.  If you don’t receive your certificate promptly, check your spam folder.  If you determine that the certificate has not been received, please reach out to us in the Contact Us page on the website.

I log on, but the videos are not loading on my mobile device?

Follow the associated directions for the browser you use:

  • Apple Safari:

Turn off prevent cross-site tracking

Reload the page again and the video should work now. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to us in the Contact Us page on the website.

  • Mozilla Firefox:
